HTET property corporation was founded by Maverick Entrepreneur Jonathan K. Htet. Mr. Htet intends to forge a win-win relationship in real estate. Since its inception in April 2004, we have been developing high-end homes and creating lifestyles in the affluent suburbs of Washington, D.C. such as McLean, Vienna, Oakton, and Arlington. Mr. Htet received his M.S. in Operations Research with concentrations in Management Science and Finance and B.S. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. While studying at GWU, Mr. Htet worked at the Federal Reserve Board (the nation's central bank) as an analyst on a cooperative-education program. Further down his career, Mr. Htet played a consulting role in Pentagon Top Ten reform priorities such as the Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP) and the Missile Defense National Team (MDNT).
